Our team can’t wait to meet up in Chicago for The Beryl Institute’s Conference coming up April 16-18th! If you’ve never been to this conference before or you just need some fresh ideas on how to make the most of your time there, we wanted to share a bit about what we like best about this event and some advice on how to maximize the experience.
Nicole (Senior Consultant, Data Maven, Care Team Coach) – this will be her 3rd Beryl Institute Conference:
“One of the things that I like best about the Beryl Institute conferences are the attendees’ excitement and eagerness to network and meet other patient experience professionals. So, be sure to take the opportunity to do that! Come talk to us – we look forward to meeting you!“
Jen (Senior Consultant, Data Goddess, Care Team Coach) – this will be her 3rd Beryl Institute Conference:
“The Beryl Institute Conference has made the biggest impression on me of any of the conferences I have ever attended. The sessions have meaningful content, and everyone is eager to learn new things and connect with other people. I am looking forward to making new connections!“
Kevin (Founding Partner, Data Dude) – this will be his 2nd Beryl Institute Conference:
“I love the spirit of ‘we’re all in this together’. There’s no attendees, vendors, speakers, organizers–we’re all partners and everyone seems genuinely interested in what everyone else is doing to improve the patient experience. Friendliest conference I’ve ever been to by far! Go to sessions, sit with new people at each meal, visit with the vendors (like us), and go to the networking events. I guarantee you will leave with fresh ideas and maybe even a new friend or two!”
Pamela (Senior Consultant, Care Team Coach, Patient Experience Peep) – this will be her 1st Beryl Institute Conference:
“Since this is my first time, I am most excited to be part of the DTA team and meet many of the friends of DTA during this year’s event. Hope to see you there!”
Janiece (Founding Partner, Care Team Coach, Presenter) – this will be her 6th Beryl Institute Conference:
“Going to this event with the Beryl Institute is a highlight of my Spring! Over the years it has been a great place to meet friends – new and old (the friendships that is!). Some of those connections were made by just plopping down at a breakfast table and introducing myself to a random stranger. Even for an introvert, this conference is a safe place to do that! I also love the networking and social events, I’ve even been known to go to early morning yoga!”
So, that’s it – from our team to yours – we’re hoping you are planning to attend, and if so, we’d love to connect with you! Are you planning to attend and have time for coffee/breakfast/lunch?! Our team would love to arrange a meeting to sit down and connect! If you’re interested in setting that up, please click here and one of our team members will be in touch to coordinate a time that will work well for you!
This year I have the cool opportunity to present on some the great work we did with Mr. James Galloway from SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. Check out our session Tuesday April 16th from 10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. in Mini Session 4B Transforming Organizational Culture through Focused Improvements in Environmental Services. I hope to see you there!”
Thanks, and we hope to see you in Chicago!
